  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., customized Eid envelopes) are non-returnable unless defective.

  • Offers like our Ramadan Sale or Eid promotions are subject to availability and may have specific terms (e.g., minimum order value or limited stock).
